Terrible landlord and old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train
Cons:
Pretty sure this building is the reason I got cancer. The Building was old and not updated. there was constantly a leak in the bathroom from the apartment above that they never fixed and just kept covering with new sheet rock. The ceiling caved in multiple times and took months for them to properly fix it! They never treated for mold or properly cleaned the ceiling from the leak. The landlord is a slumlord who tried to scam me out of my security deposit when I moved out by writing me a bad check!
Advice to owner:
Be a better landlord, get a legitimate super in the building. Actually hire professionals to PROPERLY fix the repairs that are so desperately needed in the building.

worst apartment ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway, good water pressure
Cons:
Rats inside apartment, kitchen cabinets falling off walls causing ALL glassware to break but being offered zero compensation, terrible management company, common areas unkept, trash frequently blocking fire escape, radiator leaks staining new leather couch but being offered zero compensation, black mold, phorid fly infestation due to dead rats in walls, smell due to dead rats in walls, multiple pipes breaking and having to be replaced within walls
Advice to owner:
Care about your property
