Great apartment, thin floors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location to the 7, in Sunnyside Gardens at a great rate
Cons:
The floors in this building are paper thin, I could hear everything that was happening above me like they were in the room with me.

Pretty decent building - been here for 10 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great value for the space. Proximity to restaurants, train, and Gardens area is great. Porter (Marco) is on top of things and the building is overall clean. Neighbors who have lived in this building for a long time tend to take better care of their apts and common areas. Also, it's pretty quiet.
Cons:
If you have an apartment by the courtyard, there's barely any sunlight. The bathrooms are pretty outdated and the kitchen area is small/narrow.
