It's alright for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, good value for price
Cons:
Washer and/or dryer always broken, hot water often not working, largely unhelpful management

Cockroaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location. Liked that the buzzing system called your phone so you could let someone in to drop off a package if you weren't home.
Cons:
Unresponsive owners. Persistent cockroaches. Loud traffic nearby. Constantly changing supers.

Decent property, bad neighbors, poorly managed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry in the basement of connected building.
Beautiful block/street to live on.
Close to the train.
Cons:
Horrible noise issues from neighboring units. Landlord/property manager did nothing to enforce noise levels.
Units are VERY small. Not worth it for more than one person.
No live-in super—in case of building emergencies it always took forever for someone to show up. In some cases the super never came.
The heat was kept on until June, no way to turn radiators off. Small rooms got overheated every day. Property managers refused to turn heat off until official end of season, even though it was 70degrees+.
Advice to owner:
Address the complaints that are submitted to you!
