RUN, DON’T WALK.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is great, nice parks, very short distance to midtown & plenty of trains nearby & places to eat.
Cons:
The management SUCKS, management is a scam & changes their name every other year to cover up what they’re doing. The super also SUCKS & is in cahoots with management, every time you call management about super not doing their job nothing happens or they side with the super. Packages go missing but we can never get footage from the cameras or unedited footage at least. Garbage shoot mysteriously works then doesn’t, piles of garbage sits outside of building for days. Building is barely ever cleaned, the doors are always broken. ConEd almost sued management in January over a $700 heating bill which would have left the building without heat (we received plenty of notices to the building). The super never finishes a job properly or in a timely fashion. The super is supposed to be a live in super but actually rents it out so he’s never available when you need him or them cause it’s a whole family. Neighbors have complained about rodents (street rats) running through their apartments for months due to the garbage shoot not working. Building has a really bad smell. No one has come to paint the apartments or fix anything in years. We don’t recommend.
