Roaches but overall okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heat was never an issue, utility prices were okay, I liked the neighborhood, and the natural lighting in the bedrooms was great.
Cons:
Roach infestation, mice, loud neighbors, management was slow to reply
Advice to owner:
More bug extermination

Decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Monthly pest control services and hall cleanings, laundry in the basement (paid), had a dishwasher, tall ceilings and lots of lighting, modern finishes
Cons:
Super thin walls and incredibly loud neighbours depending on your floor, cockroaches in the basement but that’s nyc, water problems (multiple bathroom ceilings leaks throughout the building) 2 of which were due to the neighbours so not really on the building so much, only 1 issue was due to the building but they fixed it quick
