Only the location is good

Pros:
Good location only.
Cons:
Where to start- dirty and poorly kept. It is never cleaned. In 7 years, never had an exterminator here. Mice issue. In the winter heat is not on and 311 calls are a constant. Garbage cans are not enough for residents. In the summer garbage overflows and smells. Intercom does not work.
Advice to owner:
Clean and maintain the place, make sure there is heat in the summer. Call an exterminator every few months.
