The Mexican restaurant next to it is good
Cons:
I rented through apartment 212. If you are considering tending through them I strongly discourage that. They have an F on the BBB and they definitely earned that. The building itself has rats on the 1st floor by the trash. I had mice and roaches in my apartment on the 5th floor. The power cut out every day in the summer because the entire apartment was on one circuit. I got locked out and nearly evicted because apartment 212 illegally subdivided the apartment. The apartment was a fire hazard because my room was the only room that had access to the fire escape. These were just the worst parts of the apartment, I can’t even get into all of the small annoyances. 0/10
Advice to owner:
Just gut renovate the entire building
