Things I wish I knew
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Great sunlight due to vacant lot adjacent to the building.
Cons:
No heat in the bathroom on our line. They don’t provide a lot of heat in general. I use my space hater a lot. At night the flood lights from the school lightens up our apartment. Very noisy construction on the roof currently but that should end soon. In the summer, we have some local guys hanging out drinking and playing music in front of the school. Very annoying.
Advice to owner:
Inform possible tenants before they sign a lease of upcoming construction. Correct the no heat in the bathroom situation. Renovate the lobby and hallways.

Great area and nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roomy living space, clean appliances, best super ever!!!
Cons:
Nothing really aside from if you’re looking for an elevator and central air this place is not for you.
Advice to owner:
Check pipes! Leaks happen sometimes
