Horrible landlords especially the husband

It’s convenient to public transportation
Cons:
Parking was horrible
Advice to owner:
Do better with maintaining your building. Treat your tenants better especially when they are paying you rent

Pros:
Quiet neighborhood near transportations
Cons:
Bad electrical system. You cannot have the a/c or heater on at the same you are operating the microwave because the system will shut down. You need the heat because the heating system in some of the rooms don’t work
Advice to owner:
Fix your place electrical and heating issues
