Pros:
Unit was very clean. New appliances. No key to lock door (can never get locked out!). Landlord is responsive.
Cons:
Heat and AC is extremely expensive (400 a month) because of the individual unit per room. Rent was raised over 50% last year. Small. Very very extremely loud. Could barely sleep because of the loud neighbors and bar down stairs.
Advice to owner:
Put in better noise reduction. Better insulation to keep hot and cold in.
