Worlds most neglectful Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent Stabilized, great area
Cons:
Its quite literally filthy. Ive been living here for 3 years, and I think I've seen the super clean the lobby/stairs twice. He also doesn't even live in the building so theres so much dirt, hair, spilled things that accumulate all the time and no one cleans it up. The doorbell service breaks probably every other month, the landlord barely responds and leaves us hanging. This is in a 3 way intersection and is in front of 3 bus stops so the noise outside is so loud, ALL day LONG. I sleep with ear plugs every night because the windows are also not installed properly. The only reason I have stayed is because its rent stabilized but i would never recommend anyone to live in this building. I've never seen my landlord and I believe he truly does not care about this building.
Advice to owner:
Actually care about your tenants

Not a lot of rent increases, monthly exterminators, good buzzer system, good location, lots of natural light
Cons:
Management is sometimes slow to respond or address issues
