Terrible management good price i guess

Pros:
Good location, my unit was rent stablized, decent price
Cons:
Management did not ever answer / fix things - the super/management would show up unannounced at 8/9pm multiple times, he is so rude and passive aggressive.

Pros:
Having to front doors locked gives me a good sense of security. Having a great ‘super’ & Bldg Svcs helps. The stairway & hallway floors are mopped on a regular basis.
Cons:
Although this is something the building management cannot control, the smell of marijuana that seeps thru the walls, ceilings floors etc. and (possibly fire escapes) and they out the stairwell is unacceptable. Secondhand smoke, regardless from cigarette or pot, is secondhand smoke.
Advice to owner:
The stairwell walls are cracking peeling, need to be fixed and painted. Also due to the years of traffic it must be hard to maintain true cleanliness with the mopping that does take place (kudos for that) it would be great if the stairways, including handrails would be Steam Cleaned.
