Heat & cleanliness
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbourhood is peaceful with subway around the corner
Cons:
Inefficient management, if you have any issue it will take at least 2 weeks to hear back from the management and then work is done in another two weeks so just pray you don’t have an issue.
We moved in and the kitchen and bathroom stink with no cleaning done at at all it was pathetic. Electricity sockets are really old and trip easily plus the bathrooms taps have leakage!
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive and create an effective system for tenants complaints where they could actually feel that they are being heard!
Be more efficient and involve less parties when there is an issue because it’s the tenant who suffers meanwhile all other parties i.e landlord/Building management etc just pass around the issue!

Wonderful tenants. Unrespinsive management. Infested with mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighbors. Apartment is very spacious and it’s in a great location, just down the street from queens blvd, the R/Q train, and park.
Cons:
This building is infested with mice. My wife and I have caught upwards of 50 mice in our trap over the course of a year. Every single tenant I speak to also experiences a severe mice issue. The fact that this building doesn’t have a class c violation for a rodent infestation is absurd.
Our bathroom ceiling caved in twice since we’ve been here. Management didn’t respond for months, until we held off on our rent.
Advice to owner:
Don’t place bandaids over severe issues. It’s probably saving you money in the interim, but you’re well on your way towards a lawsuit. It is criminal to treat people paying tens of thousands of dollars to live in an infested building.
