Solid and dependable

Pros:
Neat, clean and quiet neighbors (mix of younger professionals and families). AMAZING live-in super and good upkeep with zero pest issues. Good heat and water pressure.
Cons:
Sandwiched between taller buildings so sunlight isn’t great on lower floors.
