Dated Building, Terrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood, quiet street
Cons:
The building was quite dated and unclean. Landlord is very aggressive and difficult to deal with, manages the building poorly. He regular accessed shared living spaces and private bedrooms of the apartment with no permission. Deceitful on rent charges and deposits. Only accepts cash too.

Awful mgmt enticing blg
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a really nice building and the location is great
Cons:
The landlord is racist and he harasses all of the tenants he has a camera on the fun front of the building that he is constantly watching to monitor the building 24 seven and he was texting me almost every time I would go outside and yelling at me for sitting on the stoop he also made us pay rent in cash every two weeks instead of every month and it turned out to be like paying an extra month per year this place is a scam- They also tricked me into paying a two month security deposit and I never got it back after moving out
Advice to owner:
Get a life
