Lovely stairs. Nice prewar details. Elevator
Cons:
No indoor garbage. No laundry. Water pressure is lacking in kitchen. Electrical is outdated

Convenient to A Train

Great location. Located across Bennett Park. Easy access to the A train and buses.
Cons:
The empty lot behind the building.
Advice to owner:
The super is not very responsive to calls.
