Bang for your buck (sort-of)
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great location
- in unit washer/dryer
- pest control comes by monthly
- generally quiet on the block since there is a school a few doors down and so the street is blocked off during the day
Cons:
- intercom does not work which can cause issues with getting mail
- trash constantly piles up in the bins and overflows
- mice have a been problem
Advice to owner:
Fix the intercom and get rid of the mice and trash issues

Apartments are nice, building could be cleaner
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment layout is nice and you get a lot for the price. All of the apartments (I believe) come with an in-unit washer/dryer and wall air conditioners.
Cons:
The building is not well maintained and the hallways are often dirty/smell bad. There is a trash collection problem and the trash cans frequently overflow. The super is not very responsive.
Advice to owner:
Please maintain the building better (cleaning/trash pick up).
