Apathetic Management & Mosquito Central
Former Tenant
Pros:
top floor apartments have ample light, very high ceilings. block is nice, near transit, high foot traffic.
Cons:
Hummus restaurant downstairs shares a basement with the building and leave the back door open year round despite repeated requests to keep it closed. Easy to get mosquitos/flies since they're given easy access to the stairwell. Management is slow to respond and response is usually underwhelming.

Bad maintenance, irresponsible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location
Spacious main bedroom
Lots of light
Cons:
- Apartment wasn’t fixed before move in
- Paint work wasn’t done before move in
- Toilet and bathroom were spilled with yellow stinky water on the move in date and no one came to clean
- Heat of the whole building was out for weeks and the management was not responsible or responsive to get it fixed.
- Fire alarms were not installed even until months after move in
- Cockroaches in the apartment first week of move in
- Dirty and smelly hallway with poor garbage management in the dusty basement
- Noisy and dusty in the master bedroom
- So many more things!
Advice to owner:
Be more responsible and have some ethics in doing business
