Nice units, no soundproofing

High ceilings Nice garden Package room
Cons:
AC used to stop working during hottest days of summer but they fixed it Thin walls
Advice to owner:
Be a little nicer in your emails to everyone in the building

Clean, friendly, modern building in East Williamsburg

Pros:
I lived here for four years. I rarely had any complaints. The building was well maintained and everyone working there was friendly. Very safe community.
Cons:
The air conditioning system would stop working for a week or two EVERY SUMMER. I don’t think that’s an issue anymore though.
