Pretty crappy for what you are paying
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's a wonderful location
Cons:
Roaches, a lot of them. Have had maintenance requests go unanswered for 6 months. Takes weeks to track down the super. Neighbors lost their cold water over the holidays.
Advice to owner:
A faceless corporation

Forever to fix anything and overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful space and location. Lots of closet space. Exterminator on call.
Cons:
Rodents and bugs. New managent is incredibly unresponsive for fixing large problems. Cracks in windows, broken sashes, broken bathroom vanities, holes in floors. Incredibly overpriced for the area, service and the quality of the apartments. The managent has pushed out so many people that have lived here for years due to massive rent hikes. Also neighbors take weeks to pick up their packages from the lobby.
Advice to owner:
Bring back the live-in super and replace all windows in the building.
