Almost perfect but...

Pros:
The building is fairly new, built up in 2020, so it's pretty clean overall. The neighborhood is a good, centralized location.
Cons:
Not a huge fan of the current landlord/property owners. They're much less willing to have discussions with you when you're facing difficulties.

No heat in shared spaces

Pros:
It’s fairly quiet and you can’t hear traffic or many neighbor noises which is rare in nyc
Cons:
They don’t heat the shared spaces in the building which causes your apartment to get colder in the winter and heat rates are high. The central heat and ac don’t work as well as they should (you pay for heat so it’s going to be expensive for a few months)
