decent unit, but bad water pressure, walls, and mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
the unit itself was decently remodeled and clean.
Cons:
water pressure sucks huge ass.
thin walls.
construction was still ongoing spring 2022.
“management” took over 1/3 of my security deposit for “cleaning, painting and prepping” even though i left it quite clean. i did break my lease, but “management” took that opportunity to raise rent over $300/mo. i didn’t have time to do a walk through but i would recommend you do so to make sure you get your entire deposit back.

Do Not Live Here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to the subway.
Cons:
The landlord is absolutely insane. Constant construction, water and electricity randomly cut off at all hours of the day for various “projects.” He will not fix anything unless you threaten to deduct rent. If you want it fixed, get used to doing it yourself or paying someone else. Landlord also lies about things constantly while accusing tenants of being the problem.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building and/or demolish it
