Starter Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment and great price for first apartment in manhattan. Very close to the park.
Cons:
We had mice issues several times on the 5th floor. It was a issue trying to get the building to do anything or get someone from pest control in the building.
Advice to owner:
Get a better pest control company.
