affordable but noisy and lots of pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
affordable good location to park and trains
Cons:
noise problem - walls are thin and hallways are echoey along w lots of noisy neighbors who have been living there for years. an verbally abusive person day and night screams and throws things and you can hear it all due to the thin walls. also lots of neighbors hang out in hallway until late having parties.
huge pest problem of mice and roaches. there are many worn down openings in the building that allow mice to come.
Advice to owner:
quiet hours policy fix openings where mice come often

Good location horrible bug problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to prospect park and residential neighborhood but with a few cute restaurants and coffee shops near by. Super is great.
Cons:
Horrible cockroach problem. Bed bugs in the building - we experienced them crawling through the floor just a couple at a time from someone with them down stairs or beside us. Management was pretty slow to take action.
