Not great, not terrrible

Pros:
apartments are reasonably separated, noise isn't too bad between units. It has been fairly affordable until now. It's right on the park which is huge if you have a dog (there's a great dog run in Von King park).
Cons:
moderate pest problems. management does respond, but it can be slow and frustratin
Advice to owner:
respond to tenant requests in a more timely fashion

Few tenants; right across from a park; close to G train
Cons:
Old building without much upkeep. Electric heaters. Mice, roaches and rats. Old plumbing
