Absolutely Wonderful

Pros:
Amazing, long tenured, staff Beautiful pre-war fixtures Easy to schedule work requests
We would have stayed for a long time if not for COVID.
Cons:
Would be nice if there was a gym or other amenities but not a big deal
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work!

Coop but many units are owned by the landlord who lives in the penthouse.
