Decent but loud apartment building

Pros:
They keep the common areas very clean and recently installed a virtual doorman. Units have a lot of light, and the layouts are very comfortable.
Cons:
The windows are so thin that those facing 8th avenue are extremely loud. Water pressure is not great. Landlord is really unresponsive
