Baby roach and momma roach home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice view from windows. Close to the train and the supermarket. Neighbors in other buildings are friendly.
Cons:
Train is too loud you can barely sleep if you’re in the room facing the street. Roaches were climbing Up the walls constantly. Landlords were unresponsive for months, they finally sent someone to exterminate and 1 month later more baby roaches everywhere even in the fridge. Neighbors keep TV at full volume. Lighting in apartment sucks. Upstairs Neighbor called the cops on me for visiting the roof.
Advice to owner:
Invest in the small details of your property, it makes a world of a difference.
