Great super, awful neighbors

Pros:
- fast response from super & crew
- strongest water pressure on the planet
Cons:
- roaches everywhere (all floors)
- mice in the halls & garbage areas of all floors
- noisy neighbors that refuse to comply w/super & landlord
Advice to owner:
- mandatory exterminator work
- improve maintenance of stairwells and apartment doors
