Nice big space

Pros:
Two out of three of the bedrooms are much larger than usual and the downstairs living area is massive
Cons:
The soundproofing can definitely be improved

Management doesn’t take care of the clean aspect of the building. Loud noises from neighbors and managements neglects your complaints
