Really great landlord responsiveness

Pros:
Landlord was super responsive and friendly, everything was fixed in a timely manner. Convenient to 6 train. Neighbors were quiet.
Cons:
I do think I got ripped off on rent living on the ground floor (I was new to nyc and didn’t yet understand what a basement apartment experience would be like even with a backyard…). The neighborhood also tends to have some trash around and the metro north so close is pretty annoying
Advice to owner:
Lower rent on ground floor apartment. Laundry in building would be helpful too.

Decent building and location. AC troubles in my unit

Close to the 6 and safe neighborhood
Cons:
Entry to the front is difficult with the key.
