disgusting building

Pros:
not ONE redeemable quality here.
Cons:
literally, EVERYTHING. if youre thinking of moving in here, you might as well rent a dumpster. the last 3 days of my residency here, a rodent got into my wall and scratched at the wall. the roach and rat infestation is horrid. I've seen nicer and cleaner buildings in 3rd world countries. pet hair on the stairs, leaking ceiling, cold showers. just dont move into any st marks building, the whole street is disgusting!!
Advice to owner:
none. im glad I moved out of this dump...it was embarrassing to bring guests over.

St Marks Place Building

Pros:
Big gorgeous apartment, never any mice, super was very responsive, so conveniently located, good water pressure
Cons:
The stairs are super loud, the apartment bedroom faces the street which gets very loud, the street is dirty and there are lots of rodents
Advice to owner:
Fix the stairs!!
