Poor Living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Great neighbors. Nice superintendents. “Community Room” Really nice daylight in living room ONLY. Wonderful family apartment (3-4 people max)
Cons:
Building:
Rat infested. Roach infested. Intercom/Security very poor. No Access to community room. Poorly managed worn down pre-war building.

Apt:
You will HEAR everything from the inside to the outside. It will drive you mad. Creaky rotting floors (it will drive you MADDER) rat holes in areas of the apartment, non-functional kitchen, nonfunctional bedrooms. Non functional hallway.
Advice to owner:
Invest in fixing the building so property lasts very long and we are all able to live in it.

Don’t. Just Don’t.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Size of apartment. Elevator. Nice neighbors
Cons:
Mismanaged and ran down. Pests & roaches, cheap intercom system/NO security, NO live-in or 24/7 superintendent, saggy floors, yellow water, drafty windows, dirty old heat vents, poor garbage disposal management, walls as thin as paper. Unreliable/unavailable Managment company (C+C) unresponsive Landowner.
Advice to owner:
Invest in the building to improve living quality of tenants.
