Beware- awful noise! Electrical system is primitive at best!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway
Cons:
Dirty, bugs, noisy, hot, horrible maintenance!
Advice to owner:
You should be ashamed charging what you do for this crap. The whole electrical system needs to be redone- you can’t even run a hair dryer and a toaster at the same time without tripping a breaker, which can’t be reset except by maintenance since it’s in the basement. It tripped one time, and they wouldn’t come for two hours since they were out eating with their family, in 98 degree heat, no fans or AC. Another time, my wife was left outside because the key wouldn’t work in the door- maintenance is terrible!

Former Tenant
Pros:
Reasonable price, never had a problem with heat or hot water. No security deposit required with good credit
Cons:
Had to pay rent via check, landlord was unreachable, super not great. (Super screamed at me once for not sorting recyclables when I always did- he must have confused me with someone else.)
Advice to owner:
Invest in an online payment platform.
