Great location and pre-war charm

Pros:
Amazing location, dog friendly (though limitations to having your dog walked), laundry room with bike storage, and pre-war charm with portrait molding.
Cons:
The management company is not always responsive (we've had scaffolding up 2.5+ years without progress updates), there are at least two rats in the basement, water temperature is hard to control with old shower fixtures, doorman is selectively friendly
Advice to owner:
Be more communicative with building updates and issues

Beautiful building, some noise

Pros:
Amazing light because we are taller than other buildings. Love having a weekday doorman and a super onsite.
Cons:
Pest control is limited / water pressure could be better. Construction noise is bearable but unpleasant.
Advice to owner:
I wish we had more information about how long the work on the outside of the building will take.
