Good building, great super/porter team, subpar apartment

Pros:
Responsive and thorough super/porter team.
Cons:
Apartment foundations are falling apart. Chunks and tiles missing from the kitchen and living room floors, windows with broken hinges.
Advice to owner:
Stay on top of regular laundry room service calls to clean the machines. The ones that were recently replaced had years of buildup and neglect, please don't make the same mistake with your recent investment,

Perfect except for bldg mgmt

Pros:
I love the apartment and lobby itself, areas are kept clean and neighbors are friendly.
Cons:
Unresponsive to pest management issues; the super is great and helped us get the monthly pest control personnel to the apartment, but we hadn't been inspected for pests until then and the problem has been getting actively worse.
