I love this building and I've lived here for years. I'm honestly scared to leave because I don't think I'll find another place as good

Found it and never want to give it up

Pros:
Clean, on site responsive super, monthly exterminator, laundry in building, storage unit, responsive landlord, redone with exposed brick, heat and hot water plentiful
Cons:
Rent stabilized tenants smoking in the building, stupid Astoria loud cars race down the block, block tends to attract loud club goers from surrounding areas on the weekend
Advice to owner:
Only complaint I’ve had these past few years that is in your control is the first floor tenants who smoke in their unit. I wish that was pointed out when signing a smoke free lease as second & third hand smoke is a health hazard.
