Spacious that’s it
Cons:
Rodents damages unmanageable mold cracks and holes throughout apartment
Advice to owner:
Repair building and apartments. Get rid of rodents other fixable needs

Another illegal building for young transplants

Pros:
Backyard, large space, the place is huge. Washer and dryer.
Cons:
Illegally built rooms, mice in the walls, cheap construction, no closets, landlord and property management were sketchy- wanted to rent out the basement separately (wanted to build an illegal room there) after we had signed the lease. Had lots of violations with inspectors constantly knocking at the door.
