Bad Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is typically pretty clean with good trash management. Neighbors and very quiet and friendly.
Cons:
Hot water doesn’t work about 2-3 days a week, super and management company is impossible to get ahold of no matter how big the emergency is. Took them over 6 months to paint my apartment despite the fact it was put in the rental agreement that it would be done before I moved in. Went about a month without a working toilet and shower with no urgency from management. Have to do dozens of repairs myself since nothing was fixed, cleaned, or painted when I moved in and management gave me the run around for months.
