Unresponsive management - does not take problems seriously

- Renovated
- Not too many units
Cons:
- Building management was unresponsive.
- Had no heat for an extended amount of time in the middle of winter
Advice to owner:
Please take communications more seriously

A Hot Mess

Pros:
Lots of sunlight, high ceilings, roof access
Cons:
Management takes forever to get back to you, loud dogs in the building, owners don’t pick up after dogs and feces all over the sidewalk. Appliances missing parts, landlord refuses to fix. Not worth the money or the problems
