Nothing Properly Done
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location of the building
Cons:
Everything is put together by an amateur trying to save as much money as possible. Over time the place continues to fall apart and the owners just apply a bandaid. It’s like they’re trying to get people to leave.
Advice to owner:
Put someone in charge who actually fixes issues

Great location, awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is the biggest draw for this building. One block from the promenade.
Good sized true 2-br apartment for the neighborhood and great rental price offered due to COVID.
Cons:
Management is absolutely awful. Our apartment was not move in ready with some large issues, and management cannot be bothered and is on their own schedule. If anything needs to be done and/or work requests submitted be prepared for no answers, lies and rudeness from everyone in management that you interact with.
Advice to owner:
Show interest in your job as a property manager and have even just an ounce of respect for your tenants. Don’t have your office employees lie and make up stories. Provide responses in a timely manner to requests. It is your job to provide a service and if you cannot provide that service then perhaps find a new industry to do business in.
