Pros:
attentive and caring superintendent, good exterminator, nice old-fashioned design yet has some practical modern renovation, fire escapes for all floors, quick elevator, no pets allowed, recycling room with multiple bins so they rarely overflow
Cons:
Bad dishwasher, only 3 washers & 3 driers for the whole building, apartments are not cleaned before being rented out, refrigerator door doesn’t open all the way (due to small kitchen size), not enough ventilation in bathroom, no air conditioning, and the occasional roach sighting.

Value, layout, quiet, neighbors.
Cons:
Super is not worth the apartment. Unrealistic demands of days for recycling and garbage. Blames tenants for no reason.
