It’s in Brooklyn
Cons:
Bed bug outbreak did occur- owner knew- painted the apartment and the next tenant that moved in went through hell
Advice to owner:
Slum lord who uses his relationship with local police to get away with all sorts of illegal activity

Awful building, crooked landlord and management.

Pros:
No pests inside building. Rats were seen in front of building.
Cons:
Owner (Errol Mentore) will not return security deposits. Property manager sent numerous emails portraying as if she was going to send my security deposit. The property manager stopped responding to emails and text messages. Google her name as well (Zohar Trusman) she’s known for this behavior. Also, heat in the building did not work. Many winter nights with no heat. Ask current tenants. Rent would go up every year 2.5% with no apartment improvements or upgrades.
Advice to owner:
Be honest with all tenants regarding security deposits! I sued Errol Mentore, won my case, but unfortunately you cannot make the landlord pay.
