Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easily accessible to manhattan many mass transit options. Lots of restaurants. Tenants all are courteous.
Cons:
Building needs hallways painted and cleaned. Hard to get in touch w management during Jewish holidays. Older apartment tenants don’t get apartments upgraded to match with the news updated apartments. Front door is open doesn’t lock allowing weird people entry to hang in lobby when it’s cold or homeless sleep.
Advice to owner:
Make front doors to both buildings private. There are several homeless men that use lobby to sleep at night. Witness same at 854 Driggs late nights when it’s cold or bad weather. That’s putting tenants in danger when they’re entering or exiting building.

Great location but Needs improvement
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to everything, quiet building.
Cons:
Hallway floors and ceilings are cracked especially around stairs, looks dangerous. Second entry door floor cracked needs repair very dangerous. Building definitely needs work hallways need plastering repair paint. Noticed older renters are not treated like the new renters. Their apartments are not fixed which seems very unfair.
Hard to get In touch with management during Jewish holidays. Management slow at responding to issues.
Advice to owner:
Update hallways & entire building apartments to reflect the new lobby and redone apartments.
