Great management, area & unit!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best live-in Super ever - always keeps the hallway very clean & is very responsive when there are issues or you just need a hand. The owner is very competent & responsive with her office located a short walk away. The building is very close to the 3-train & some buses, highly bike-able area with the parkway & bike lanes surrounding the building. Very respectful group of neighbors within the building & lovely community on the block. Two nice grocery stores across the street & plenty of food options nearby. Great park a few short blocks over & prospect park is not far by any mode of transit. Units are very spacious (biggest living room & kitchen I have ever had in NYC) & rent is very reasonable.
Cons:
It is an older building which has charm but leads to some pests on warmer days & occasionally the water pressure is bit low.
Advice to owner:
Perhaps renovate the staircase when possible as it is a bit unsound in some areas.

Only bad thing is downstairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge, cheap apartment. Overall a good experience living here! Landlord Belinda and the Super, Walter, are both great people.
Cons:
Lived directly above the pizza place and they constantly blasted music. I’m talking 3, 4 in the morning playing “take me out to the ball game” (I’m not joking this is a true story). 311 didn’t do anything. Ultimately moved out because of it
Advice to owner:
Talk to the pizza place downstairs, the noise is really bad living in apartment 2B above the restaurant
