Really solid for NYC

Pros:
Each unit is spacious and the building is well-maintained. The landlords seem to genuinely care about the tenant experience and are mostly responsive to requests. The rent is also FAR below market value for the area so it is a great deal.
Cons:
It is on the older side and some of the repair work over the years has been a little funky.
