Garbage overflows and stinks from time to time

Pros:
nice area, grand ventral station across the street, easy commute to anywhere and a safe area
Cons:
Can be nosey with lots of traffic coming through, building doesn't need to be updates but that's most buildings in New York.
Advice to owner:
Renovations would be worth the investment
