Only half renovated
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit is beautiful, roof access(not great), laundry mat close by
Cons:
They keep the heaters on during the spring and don’t turn them on when it’s fall, water heater broke, neighbors annoying up all night 8 people living in a 2 bedroom, management is rude and misogynistic, ice cream truck parked in the park 24/7, packages stolen within 10 mins of delivery, delivery men can’t enter the building they don’t have a key so they leave outside if no one buzzes them in, no keypad just shitty buzzers that don’t work half the time, no laundry, management refused to put cameras in, no coffee shops close, can hear when anyone is walking on the roof, basketball court directly behind the building(they play 24/7), people used to look into our skylight from the roof, I could keep going for days
Advice to owner:
Put in cameras, put in a key pad, renovate all the units not just some, put film on the skylight so people don’t peep, please do something with the heat, too cold with it off too hot with it on
