Good apartment, not great

Pros:
Great windows in the unit. Newer renovations with solid construction. Very few issues in the time I've lived here.
Cons:
Not well insulted in the winter! And incredibly awkward layout of rooms.
Advice to owner:
A bit expensive, honestly

Great landlord, nice building, loud neighborhood

Pros:
The landlord is the best and why we stay
The location is great
The apartments are big
Cons:
Despite the location being great, there’s an event space on the corner that does not respect the locals and has constantly blasted music.

Idiots in the neighborhood who think they can race their loud obnoxious cars and bikes around the neighborhood.

Garbage and recycling did pile up a bit, but it’s better these days!
