The Good & The Bad

Pros:
The in-house laundry-mat, friendly supers & cleanly building
Cons:
Old neighbors are arrogant, sour & have to be counseled in respecting the youth
Advice to owner:
Out with the old in with the new age-couples

Pros:
Large, spacious apartment with beautiful detail in arched walls. Rent was more than reasonable— perhaps even low by some estimations. The grounds are kept clean. Relatively quiet neighbors.
Cons:
The elevator was ghastly. The project heat was real. The bathroom was hideous.
Advice to owner:
The super needs to be more responsive.
